Newport Youth Centre is a community led initiative founded by local residents who grew up in Newport and Altona North. With deep roots in Melbourne’s west, we understand the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the people we serve because this is the community we call home.

Our purpose is to support youth, strengthen families, and create opportunities for individuals to positively contribute to society. Through education, mentorship, community engagement, and personal development, we aim to empower people with the knowledge, confidence, and values needed to become active and responsible members of the wider Australian community.

Guided by the Qur’an and Sunnah, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, service, and belonging. We believe that strong communities are built by investing in people, encouraging positive relationships, and providing environments where individuals can grow, connect, and thrive.
